Keep up your basic skills during the holiday with program options for week #2. Program dates - October 5, 6, and 7
ONLY WEDNESDAY TICKETS AVAILABLE

3-day cost: $150 / Single day: $60 each
Format for the day is as follows: 8.45 am - 2 pm (each day includes SASI Dryland sessions).

| 9:00 - 11:30 am | - Water training |
| 11:30 am - 12.30 pm | - BYO lunch (healthy and nutritious - please avoid peanuts/nut bars/etc. due to possible allergies) |
| 12.30 - 2:00 pm | - Dryland training |
What to Bring: Bathers, towel, shorts, t-shirt, running shoes, healthy lunch & water bottle.
Pool entry included in registration. Registration and payment is due by midnight Friday 9 April
