COME 'N' TRY - One hour complimentary diving lesson - SAALC, Oaklands Park 1:00 pm Session
Meet and take photos with Australian Olympic Divers Grant Nel and Rachel Bugg. Also meet the newest Commonwealth Games Divers Taneka Kovchenko and Matthew Carter.
You will need to wear bathers, shorts and t-shirt for warm up. Then learn a few basics in the pool. Don't forget a towel.
Make sure you arrive at the pool 10-15 minutes before your lesson, to allow for parking. Be sure to tell the front desk staff that your facility entry fee is reduced ($3.00)
