The 2016 Diving SA Championships will be held from Friday 2 December to Sunday 4 December 2016 at the SA Aquatic and Leisure Centre, Marion.

This is a medal event for all divers and a Qualifying event for Age, Elite and Open divers.

Our levels format has changed for 2016. Please check with your coach as to what event you wish to enter. All divers from “learn to dive” to “competition squad level” are encouraged to enter this competition. 

Understanding the DSA State Levels championships. Why should my child enter?

Levels 1 to 5 are designed to allow divers to compete basic skills learnt in their lessons

• Divers can test their ability and learned skills in a competition environment on Springboard and/or Platform.
• Each event only requires 3 or 4 skills to be competed.
• The degree of difficulty for each skill in levels 1 - 5 is a set value making it a level playing field for all competitors of any age.
• The “levels” competitions should not be confused with the “grading” level your child is working on.
• This competition experience helps prepare divers for future State qualifying options from Level 6 onwards and ultimately National Championships.

Dive Sheets close:  8pm Friday 25 November 2016 Dive Recorder ** Please Note: Dive sheets are only required for Level 5 and above
