Keep your skills up during the holiday with clinic options in both weeks. Clinic dates - July 9, 10, 11 and/or 16, 17, 18
3-day cost: $180 / Single day: $70 each
Format for the day is as follows: 8.45 am - 2 pm (each day includes SASI Dryland sessions).

| 9:00 - 11:00 am | - Water training |
| 11:00 am - 12.15 pm | - BYO lunch (healthy and nutritious - please avoid peanuts/nut bars/etc. due to possible allergies) |
| 12.15 - 2:00 pm | - Dryland training |
What to Bring: Bathers, towel, shorts, t-shirt, running shoes, healthy lunch & water bottle.
Pool entry included in registration. Registration and payment is due by midnight Tuesday 2 July.
