Keep up your skills during the holiday with clinic options for week #2. Clinic dates - October 8, 9, 10

3-day cost: $180 / Single day: $70 each

Format for the day is as follows: 8.45 am - 2 pm (each day includes SASI Dryland sessions).

8.45 - 9:00 am	- Warm Up
9:00 - 11:00 am	- Water training
11:00 am - 12.15 pm	- BYO lunch (healthy and nutritious - please avoid peanuts/nut bars/etc. due to possible allergies)
12.15 - 2:00 pm	- Dryland training

What to Bring: Bathers, towel, shorts, t-shirt, running shoes, healthy lunch & water bottle.

Pool entry included in registration. Registration and payment is due by midnight Tuesday 2 July.
